The Inspirational Shilha Of Morocco
Let the Shilha people inspire you to work hard with what you have no matter how little!
From Madrid to Western Algeria, the people of the Shilha culture have spread far and wide in recent times from their native land of Morocco. They work hard and stay true to the ancient old traditions of farming to make an honest living.
The Shilha people believe farming and herding in order to sell livestock hold more significance and add more value to their lives.
A vast majority of the Shilha people still reside in the mountains of south Morocco with no more than 500 individuals living in segregated villages. They often travel to nearby markets outside their own landscape where they sell their crops which mainly consist of Cous Cous.
The Berber Ethinic group which are of North African descent are closely related to the Shilha people. They are known to put family, religion of Islam and farming before anything else. Let the Shilha people inspire you to work hard with what you have no matter how little! They pride themselves in making do with little to no resources to yield something great. We find that beyond inspiring and motivational.
Now get to work!
