2018 FOOD TRENDS

COLD BREW COFFEE
Nope, not Iced Coffee! The difference between these two is that iced coffee is brewed hot and then served cold, whereas cold brew coffee is brewed cold and served cold. It helps with removal of acids that would usually upset the stomach and improves detoxification. Take the cold brew coffee trend up a notch by going with organic coffee as normal coffee is often highly sprayed with pesticides.
MIDDLE EASTERN FLAVOURS
With more people going the healthy route when it comes to food choices (vegetarianism) chefs are now incorporating more flavour and spice to their menus to enhance taste and the food experience! Some trendy flavours for 2018 are Tumeric, Halloumi and Za'atar! Try them out today.
