Welcome to one of the best light shows in all of Japan!  

This annual light display is held every winter all across Japan. It goes on from the beginning of Winter all through till March! So you have no excuses for missing the shows. 

This magical walkway is lit up with over 7 million colourful LED bulbs and features spectacular designs that have included the following in the past :-  The sunrise at Mt. Fiji, a rainbow and Aurora. Other designs have also contained five different views from 5 countries from arond the world including :- Monument Valley of the United States, Plitvice Lakes National Park of Croatia and the Japanese Rice Terraces.

The extravagant light tunnels are displayed in various towns and cities in Japan with the biggest and most colourful in Nabana No Sato, which is also home to one of the biggest amusement parks in Japan. 

The light tunnels take up to 4 months and thousands of workers to set up. It's no wonder at completion it is a magical sight to see.

The light tunnels are popular amongst both locals and tourists so it's not a surprise it saw over 2 million visitors in 2017. 

This is surely a treat for the eyes!  

The biggest and most extravagant light tunnel display can be found in Nabana No Sato and is just a 30 minute car ride from Nagoya. In the winter time, there is a direct bus service from Kintetsu Nagashima Station.
